My medium length fringe insists on flicking out on the ends so that it looks like I've got two horns. I can fix it through straightening but is there any more permanant solution? Would a longer fringe be less likely to do this?

It happens to me too, it's just the way your hair is. Making it longer or shorter doesn't help, it just seems to do the same thing. Straightening is good, or drying it inward with a large round brush and a hairdryer.
