What do rhinos use there horns for?
Their horns are weapons as described by the previous posters whose answers were dissed by some rater. Several years ago it was found that the survival of the calves was lower when the mothers had had their horns removed to prevent them (the females) from being poached for their horns (used for decorative dagger handles in some mid-eastern cultures and medicine in some Asiatic cultures).

Reply:Same as taxi drivers.

Their horn (more of an antler as it is modified hair cells) or horns are used as weapons. With their heads lowered, a quick upward swing can do a lot of damage.
Reply:Also I believe their horns are used in breeding, as sort of a display like hey baby look at me.
