Everywhere and at all times of the day and night there are loud noises ,radios , horns blowing ,fireworks , radios and radios .Some radios can be heard for several miles . These noises continue unabated and undistrubed and the law does nothing . Is this a lawless country ? Seems to be !

The Philippines is one of the countries in the world with the most comprehensive set of laws, rules, and ordinances.
The only thing missing, being a third world country, (SAD TO SAY) is enforcement
Reply:there are just some limitations imposed by difference cities. There are some which totally ignore noise pollution. Makati city for one prohibits those motorcycles with loud exhaust systems and Marikina City prohibits too much noise either vehicular or home source.
