Where is a good place to rent in Spokane, Washington?

I prefer somewhere quiet, and would prefer somewhere that train horns don't blow, kids don't play in the street, neighbors don't blast their stereos or rev their engines, or play their tvs at top volume. I currently live somewhere in hawaii where kids scream up and down the parking areas, idiots blast their stereos from 6am to 2am in the morning, we apparently have several mechanic-wannabes who tinker and rev engines during all hours of the day, and several people who play the game, 'who can be the loudest'. So anywhere not like that is heaven to me. Any suggestions?

Well that sort of depends on which part of town you want to be in to be close to work. In general the South Hill is quieter but it's also more expensive. It's also quieter in an apartment complex at night in general because they'll have rules about late night noise, but then you get the noise from people in the adjoining apartment because the walls are so thin so that's sort of a trade-off. I live in Spokane and I'm in Real Estate so I'm really familiar with the neighborhoods, feel free to click on "e-mail me" on my profile if you want some more specific help, that's not really enough info to go on.
Reply:In the Starbucks at the Airport.
