If this is what you're talking about, then it actually started out as a religious symbol meant to give protection against the evil eye. It's also used to give someone the evil eye. Reply:Depending on what you believe in. I don't believe in the Devil, so I think of devil horn's as a kind of cheap laugh. A scam, like holidays nowadays.
