It sounds like "Hellboy" to me, too. Is his skin red? Is there a blue aquatic creature~Abe Sapien? The rest are human beings. I wouldn't think of them as a gang though. Of course, Hellboy keeps them polished down, so perhaps this isn't it. The only time he has full horns is when they're using him to open the gate between dimensions.
I can't think of any gang in which there is a person with horns.
Could you give us more details~perhaps the kind of horns or anything about the rest of the gang?
