It was working fine yesterday. Then, it stopped working toward the end of the day. I checked the fuse and it's not blown. I'm not sure what else to look for or do.

Possibly the horn relay or maybe even the horn itself...or wiring...
also could be the contact in the steering wheel or even the clockspring in the steering column...BUT CAUTION...
dont mess with the clock spring unless you know how to disable the airbag system,take it to a qualified mechanic.
Reply:If you can actually find the thing hidden somewhere in the grill or engine compartment, check for continuity with an ohm-meter. If the fuse isn't blown, the horn itself might be shot.
Reply:Well you might want to check the all the fuses and see if there is one that is gone. I hope it helps.
