I have a friend who recently got one of those "Duke's of Hazard" style horns, and it is off pitch, so is there anyway to tune it so it sound right?

it has an adjusting screw,but, be careful only one small twist at a time.
Reply:In addition to the screw make sure to check the wiring connections. If the horn is not getting enough amperage to it, then the full sound may not be able to be produced by the horn.
