The horn on my wifes 96 Cavalier stopped working a few months ago. It's been a glorious few months, but the horn has to work to pass inspection. I'm not sure if it's the switch, relay, or the horn. All the fuses are fine and I don't hear a clicking sound which is sometimes related to the relay. Please help. Any suggestions are appreciated.
How do I fix/replace the horn/relay on a 1996 Cavalier?
The problem is likely to be a worn graphite stem in the steering collum that goes to ground to complete the horn circuit and make it work.
