Why are cars Made With Horns?

To make women think we are creeps.

Why are cars Made With Horns?
It's meant to be a safety thing. So you can warn people that they're about to hit you (or you're about to hit them, haha) and things like that. Some people use it for road rage purposes, though. :-)
Reply:Well, they are typically made for when you have to get someone's attention before a collision or to aware someone where you are.
Reply:Like headlights, brake lights, seat belts, et al, it's federally mandated.

If a tin horn is made of tin, what is a fog horn made of?
Reply:prior to roads laws it was common practice to use a cow bell when you came to an intersection too tell other drivers you were coming..
Reply:so if you need to get some where honk and they will probably move or if some one doesn't drive good just honk at them

but I'm only 11 so I don't know if this is a good answer
Reply:if another driver makes a wrong turn or something its to alert them.
Reply:to alert or get the attention of other drivers.
Reply:so you can honk at people!
Reply:To honk at people who dont pay attention and to say hey to your friends =]
Reply:U must have NEVER have driven in Floriduh !
Reply:why are cars made with seat belts? Safety.
Reply:to fufill our human need to annoy those around us

wich is exactly what they do
