Where can I find someone to draw me Marvin The Martian as an angel and a devil for a tattoo?

I would like to get two Marvin the Martian tattoos on my shoulder blades. On the left shoulder, he would be a devil with horns, a tail and holding a pitchfork, maybe standing in some flames. The right shoulder would have him as an angel with a halo standing on a cloud, holding a lyre stylized like a ray gun. Any help would be much appreciated.
