Should you take love by the horns or let it come to you?

I mean if you love someone and you know they have strong feelings for you, should you let things take their course and let fate decide or take things into your own hands?

If you want it 'ordained' by God, then allow God to manage the outcome. Pray on it; leave it in His loving hands. He will direct the right person to you, if you patiently await His answer.
